1. Online advertising and marketing services
Winner Ad offers a variety of marketing services to improve and facilitate your marketing operations. By automating all your promotion processes in one platform, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service described below. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

2. Advertising materials
Winner Ad has the right to put information related to your business on any of our digital communication platforms, and you also authorize Winner Ad to develop content based on information or materials provided by you or designs, including shape, size, text, graphics, names, addresses, phone numbers, URLs, logos, trade names, trademarks, service marks, endorsements, photographs, and videos. Moreover, you acknowledge that the materials and information that you provide to us are official and documented by you as a merchant or company that you have all official data to conduct your activity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are not misleading, and that you have the authority to represent this product, service and company information to Winner Ad. In addition, if contracted, you authorize WinnerAd to contact your customers for the sole purpose of obtaining endorsements and reviews of your products and services for publication. Your posting of content via WinnerAd is considered approved content the moment you upload information to WinnerAd. Finally, you authorize Winner Ad to use your campaign information for improvement and development and give them full authority to communicate with you in all campaign actions, whatever they may be.

3. Unacceptable practices

At Winner Ad, we strive to provide the best marketing advertising services using our advanced platform. Practices that violate these guidelines and policies are strictly prohibited and may lead to the immediate termination of Winner Ad services. These decisions are at WinnerAd's sole discretion. Unacceptable practices include, but are not limited to:

Pornography or pornography including, but not limited to, sexually explicit or suggestive material
Sexually oriented products or services (such as escort services), or other sexually oriented materials
Lingerie websites
Offensive or hateful material
Content or language that is harmful to minors in any way
Bulk email tools
Distribution of Internet viruses or other harmful or destructive activities
Hacking and hacking
Phishing or fraud to obtain personal information
Solicit financial donations other than legal charitable organizations
Illegal gambling, gaming, sweepstakes and similar activities that are harmful, threatening, violent, abusive, harassing, tortuous, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, invasive of another's privacy, ethnic websites, or Chauvinistic, racially offensive, complaining, or objectionable content or language
Defamatory, hateful or vindictive content or language.

Other activities, whether legal or illegal, that WinAd considers to be in bad taste or that reflect negatively on customers or others
4. Payment and fees
You must pay all fees in accordance with the fees and billing terms of the applicable Marketing Order campaigns. You may need to choose a service on each application campaign and charge a fee in advance for the services. All payment obligations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

You must provide us with a credit card and direct bank transfer to an express bank account to run marketing advertising campaigns for the Services. You acknowledge that you are authorized to provide any credit card or bank account information that you use to register for the Services. It does not include the Platform Fee or all taxes or duties imposed by the tax authorities, and you will be responsible for the payment of all such taxes or duties.

WinnerAd reserves the right to suspend the Services if you are late in paying the Application Fee

5. THIRD PARTY RELATIONSHIPS

During your use of the Services, you may purchase goods and/or services from a third party that also requires activity and interaction with your ad network accounts. Any such activity, and any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such activity, are solely between you and the applicable third party. Winner and its licensors shall have no responsibility, liability or liability to any third party, including any termination by such third party of providing the goods or services to you.

6. Customer Obligations
You are solely responsible for all text, logos, images ("Customer Content"), all advertisements, and any website accessible from advertisements generated using the Services.
